Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar (omit if using flavored yogurt)
1/2 c. yogurt (we like plain, vanilla or lemon flavors)
1 egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Sift together the dry ingredients.
Beat together the yogurt, egg and water and add to dry ingredients gently.
Cook by 1/4 cupfuls on hot greased grill.
Makes 2 servings.
