Marvelous Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. crushed basil
    2 to 3 lb. meat or chicken, cut in 1/4-inch chunks or pieces
    veggies
Preparation
    In a small pan, cook garlic in oil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add the rest of the ingredients, except the meat and vegetables.
    Pour sauce over meat/chicken in covered container.
    Marinate meat/chicken 6 hours or overnight.
