Lemon Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. green onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in margarine until tender.
    Add lemon juice, rice and seasoning.
    Toss lightly.
    Serve with broiled chicken or fish.
