Rice Pudding Custard Type - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Add all ingredients. Bake in oven and dot with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Set pan of water in oven while baking. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Check with knife.
    When knife comes out clean, it's done.
