Cajun Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    4 boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
    In a glass bowl mix all ingredients together.
    In the same bowl spread mixture over chicken breasts, then cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    With little vegetable oil fry it in a skillet for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until nicely browned.
    Serve over spiced rice.
