Broiled Tato-Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baked potatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely shredded Monterey Cheese with jalapeno pepper
    4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
    sour cream
    chopped green onion tops
Preparation
    Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out insides. Spread inside of shell with melted margarine and sprinkle with salt.
    Sprinkle each half with cheese and bacon.
    Broil in oven until cheese melts.
    Serve with dollop of sour cream and green onion.
