Joy'S Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
    1 c. brown sugar, packed hard
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Stir in brown sugar; cook and stir over low heat for 2 minutes.
    Add milk; continue to stir until boiling.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool until lukewarm.
    Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth.
