Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pastry for 2 crust pie
Preparation
    Cover zucchini with boiling water.
    Allow to set 5 minutes. Drain and put in pastry lined pie pan.
    Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, salt, flour and lemon juice and pour over zucchini.
    Dot with margarine and cover with top crust.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
