Oven French Fries "Lite" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 Tbsp. oil
    sprinkle of pepper, garlic powder, paprika or no salt herb blend (optional)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into long strips, 1/2-inch wide.
    Dry strips thoroughly on paper towels.
    Toss in bowl with oil as if tossing a salad.
    Sprinkle in herbs or seasonings.
    When strips are coated, spread them in single layers on cookie sheet.
    Place in oven at 475\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Turn strips occasionally to brown on all sides.
    If you want strips crisper, brown for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Serves 6.

    80 calories.
