Broccoli Salad * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
    4 Tbsp. white vinegar
    4 Tbsp. sesame oil
    4 tsp. sugar
    3/4 to 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add broccoli to boiling water.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Drain and rinse with cold water.
    Drain well.
    Pour into large bowl. Combine vinegar, oil, sugar and salt in small bowl.
    Beat with wire whisk.
    Pour dressing over broccoli; toss well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Yields 6 servings.
