Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans red beans
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. bell pepper
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 bay leaf
dash of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cans tomatoes
Preparation

In a large skillet, saute onion, celery and bell pepper in butter.
Remove from skillet.
Cut sausage in 1/4-inch rounds and brown on both sides.
Return sauteed vegetables to pan.
Add beans, tomatoes and all other ingredients.
Simmer about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Serve over hot fluffy rice.
