Almonilla Riveria Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chopped filberts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, mix together sugar, milk and butter. Cook slowly without stirring until mixture reaches the soft ball stage.
    Remove pan from heat; add filberts and flavorings.
    Stir until mixture cools.
    Pour into a shallow buttered pan and let stand 20 minutes.
    Cut into pieces.
