Shrimp 'N Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pimento
    1 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    salt and pepper
    cleaned, chilled shrimp
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
    Add gelatin which has been softened in cold water.
    Add lemon juice, pimento, celery and horseradish.
    Pour into ring mold.
    Chil until firm. Unmold and fill with chilled, cleaned shrimp.
