Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 6 to 7 lb. chicken
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    4 leaves bay leaf
    1/3 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    pinch of sugar
Preparation
    Note:
    The cut size of chicken is like the one we buy at \"Kentucky Fried\" except for the breast.
    Cut in half more.
