Macaroni-Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped finely
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. steak sauce
2 cans tomatoes
1/4 c. green pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley
7 oz. macaroni
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Brown the beef until done in oil.
Add onions, green peppers, tomatoes, steak sauce, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and parsley. Simmer 30 minutes.
Cook macaroni with salt and drain.
Add beef to mixture.
Gently spoon mushroom soup over the top of the mixture.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbles.
