Shrimp And Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rice
    2 cans consomme
    1 green pepper
    1 pkg. frozen shrimp or can (chicken or veal may be substituted)
    pepper, salt and dash of cayenne pepper
    1 small onion and garlic
Preparation
    Put 3 tablespoons cooking oil in frying pan.
    Chop and brown the pepper and onion.
    Put in a casserole.
    Add 3 more tablespoons cooking oil.
    Put in the uncooked rice and fry until golden, stirring occasionally.
    While that is cooking, put consomme and shrimp into casserole.
    Pour in rice and stir the whole mixture. Bake in oven at moderate temperature for an hour.
    Serve with a good green salad and any kind of dessert.
