Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 lb. seafood (scallops, shrimp, crab, fish and/or lobster)
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    9 Tbsp. butter or margarine, divided
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. cream
    1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    pinch of cayenne pepper or 2 drops Tabasco sauce
    salt to taste
    3 c. bread cubes
Preparation
    Boil water, add seafood and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
    Remove seafood; set aside.
