Double Cheese Meat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb hamburger
    2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1/8 t pepper
    3/4 c cracker crumbs
    1/2 t oregano
    1 egg
    1 t salt
Preparation
    Combine hamburger, eggs, crackers, onion, 1/2 c tomato sauce, salt, oregano and pepper.
    Mix well and shape into flat rectangle about 10 x 12 on wax paper.
    Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups cheese evenly over meat.
    Roll like a jelly roll and press ends to seal.
    Bake in a shallow baking dish at 350 F for 1 hr.
    Drain excess fat, pour remaining tomato sauce and sprinkle cheese over and bake an additional 15 minutes.
