Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large tomatoes, cut in half
12 to 15 crushed saltine crackers
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 stick oleo, melted
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place tomato halves cut side up in baking dish.
Mix all remaining ingredients and mound an equal amount on each tomato half.
Bake about 20 minutes or until golden on top.
