Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. sour cream
    24 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. shredded ham (optional)
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt or garlic powder
    juice of 1 lime
    2 to 3 jalapenos, chopped and seeds removed
    10 green onions (tops only), chopped
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 pkg. large (burrito size) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except flour tortillas.
    Spread this mixture on each flour tortilla; roll up tightly and place in airtight container.
    Or, you can wrap each roll up in foil or plastic wrap.
    Put in refrigerator at least 3 hours before serving.
    (They are better if refrigerated overnight.)
