Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick margarine
    1 stack crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Melt margarine and toss with crushed crackers.
    Spread on top of casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
