Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine, melted
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 can Mexicorn, drained
Preparation
    Thaw and drain broccoli.
    Combine all ingredients except muffin mix.
    Stir well and then add mix.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until center is done.
    You may also bake in two loaf pans.
