Paul'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork chops
1 small onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Arrange chops in baking dish.
Top with onion slices.
Add spices and soy sauce.
Add enough water to just cover everything.
Cover dish with foil.
Bake for 1 hour.
