Mcelhaney'S Tex-Mex Trail Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. chili meat (coarse ground beef)
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 beef bouillon cube
    2 c. cooked pinto beans or 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown onion, garlic and meat in small amount of oil.
    Add salt, cumin and chili powder.
    Stir.
    Add water, bouillon cube and beans.
    Simmer at least 1/2 hour.
    This chili is better if make ahead and reheated.
