Low-Fat Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. baked tortilla chips
1 c. grated fat-free Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. fat-free sour cream
1/2 c. minced canned green chilies
2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro (optional)
Preparation

Preheat broiler.
Arrange tortilla chips on a nonstick baking pan.
In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
Spoon over chips.
Broil nachos until brown and bubbling, about 5 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Serves 4 to 6.
