Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
16 oz. sour cream
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
2 eggs
2/3 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Stir all except cheese into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 10 more minutes.
