Pasta In A Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    8 oz. macaroni shells
    1 1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella
    1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (30 oz.) can mushrooms
    salt, sugar and oregano to taste
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain off fat.
    Add onion, garlic, spaghetti sauce, stewed tomatoes and undrained mushrooms.
    Add spices.
    Mix well.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
