Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. evaporated milk
6 eggs
white bread
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Brown sausage.
Pour off grease and drain well.
Cut crusts off bread; butter on one side and lay in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle sausage over bread and cheese over sausage.
In blender, combine eggs, milk, water and salt.
Blend together.
Pour over other ingredients; cover and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
When ready to bake, remove from refrigerator and let stand for 15 minutes while the oven preheats to 350\u00b0.
Then uncover and bake 30 to 40 minutes, until brown.
