El Paso Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 (10-inch) flour tortillas
9 to 12 eggs
3/4 to 1 c. milk
12 to 14 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 to 3 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
12 oz. jar salsa (your choice, hot or mild)
3/4 lb. ground meat, ham or sausage, cooked and drained (optional)
Preparation

Overlap the bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch pan with tortillas. Beat eggs with milk, then add cheese and salsa.
Mix together.
Add meat, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for good hour.
It's done when an inserted knife comes out clean.
