Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple, drained
4 c. bread crumbs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. milk
3 egg whites
Preparation

Mix milk and egg yolks.
Cream sugar and butter.
Add the milk and egg mixture. Add pineapple and bread crumbs.
Beat egg whites separately and fold into mixture.
Bake 45 minutes in a baking dish sitting in another dish of water.
Bake at 375\u00b0.
Serves 10.
