Squash-Sour Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 small pkg. herb stuffing mix
    1 stick margarine
    sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Combine soup, sour cream and carrot.
    Fold into squash.
    Combine stuffing and melted margarine.
    Line bottom of 2-quart casserole with 1/2 of stuffing. Top with squash mixture.
    Sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Top with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, until bubbly and browned.
