Ten Ingredients Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. oil
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped onions
6 oz. shrimp
6 oz. pork, cut into strips
6 oz. chicken, cut into strips
10 oz. cooked rice
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. diced vegetables (chef's choice)
1/4 tsp. black or white pepper
Preparation

Cook the rice the night before and store in the refrigerator. Heat wok until hot.
Add 1 tablespoon oil and beaten eggs.
Remove; set aside.
Heat the rest of the oil and fry onions until transparent.
Add shrimp and meats.
Stir until meat is cooked. Add vegetables.
Add the rice and stir-fry.
Mix the water, soy sauce and pepper.
Add to rice.
Continue stirring.
Add the scrambled eggs and continue to stir-fry.
Add more soy sauce for color if needed.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
