Tomato Kraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can kraut
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. bacon fat, melted
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, including all the juice, in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours, until juices cook out and the top is browning.
Sugar and bacon fat can be reduced by half.
