New England Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    7 c. apples, coarsely chopped
    3/4 c. walnuts
    1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream together oleo and sugars.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add next 5 ingredients; mix thoroughly.
    Stir in apples and walnuts.
    Spoon into greased 10-inch Bundt or tube pan (I use a 9 x 13-inch pan).
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out almost clean.
    Cool on wire rack 10 minutes; turn onto serving dish.
    When completely cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
