Cheesy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 potatoes, diced (skins on)
1 small onion, diced
1 cube or 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick oleo
1 qt. half and half
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
6 slices crisp bacon (may add more)
4 green onions, chopped
Preparation

Boil potato in a large pot until tender.
Set aside.
Make white sauce.
Mix flour, oleo, half and half and cheese together; cook until thickened, stirring continually.
Then you may add the bacon, green onion and celery to the potato mixture and white sauce.
Add salt to taste.
Cheese and bouillon are salty, so add salt according to taste.
Serves 8.
