Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hash browns, frozen
2 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped onions
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 crushed corn flakes
1 c. melted margarine
2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Thaw hash browns.
Grease 13 x 9-inch pan with margarine. Place potatoes in pan.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with onions and chicken soup.
Spread sour cream over mixture and then top with cheese.
Sprinkle the corn flakes over the top and pour the melted margarine over the entire mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
