Chicken And Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large, fat hen or rooster, cut up
    water, salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a big pot, place a cut up chicken and cover with water.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Let boil until tender and golden and fat rises to top of the water, making a rich broth.
    Add a batch of Rolled Out Pastry.
