Olga'S German Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt butter on 9-inch ovenproof skillet.
    Mix eggs, flour and milk together with a fork.
    (Batter should be lumpy.)
    Pour into skillet and bake in hot (425\u00b0) oven about 20 minutes until puffy and golden brown.
    Remove from oven. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Return to oven briefly. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
    Cut into wedges with kitchen shears.
