Chocolate Bonbons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed graham crackers (very fine)
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. chunky peanut butter (Skippy works well)
    dipping chocolate (about 1 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Mix the graham crackers, powdered sugar and peanut butter and refrigerate for 1 hour. Form into walnut size balls in palm of your hand. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
    Do not melt chocolate too far in advance and dip soon after the chocolate is melted. Dip balls in dipping chocolate and then place onto waxed paper.
    A two prong fork works well for dipping.
