Chicken And Broccoli With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinned chicken breasts, cut into strips
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute chicken in hot oil until lightly brown.
    Drain.
    Stir in soup, milk, mustard and cheese.
    Add broccoli.
    Bring to a full boil, then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice.
