Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 egg
    1 c. salted Spanish peanuts
    4 c. tart apples, peeled and diced
Preparation
    Drain pineapple
    and
    save
    juice.
    Add
    flour,
    sugar, juice from pineapple
    and egg in a saucepan.
    Cook on low heat and stir constantly\tuntil thick.
    Cool in refrigerator.
    Add Cool Whip and
    mix together.\tAdd apples, peanuts and pineapple. Refrigerate.
