Linda'S Fudge Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Pour cold water over the whole thing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.
