Mexican Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, cut up like fries
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. grated cheese
1 large can chopped chillies
Preparation

Place potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add milk, salt, Tabasco sauce together.
Pour over potatoes.
Dot with butter and cover tightly with foil.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Remove foil. Add cheese and green chillies.
Bake until cheese is melted, then serve.
