David'S Five Star Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger (ground chuck is best)
    1 jar Ragu garden style tomato sauce
    chili powder (suit to taste)
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped pepper
    1 chopped tomato
    3 chopped cilantro (leaves only)
    1 garlic clove, finely diced
    1 chopped large jalapeno pepper (optional)
    1 can kidney beans (optional)
    2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar (suit to taste)
    2 to 4 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce (suit to taste)
    salt and pepper (suit to taste)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's
    tomato soup
    1 c. Pace
    chunky salsa or picante sauce
    1/2 c. milk
    6 (8-inch) flour tortillas or 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook beef in skillet until browned.
    Pour off fat.
    Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese.
    Spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish.
    Cover.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Serves 4. Prep time:
    10 minutes.
    Cook time:
    30 minutes.
