Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1/4 c. uncooked long grain rice (I use Minute rice)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup soup.
    Mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce and pour over meatballs.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring often.
    Serves 4 or 5.
