Irish Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 pkg. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut
dash of salt
milk
cinnamon
Preparation

Add sugar to cream cheese slowly.
Add other ingredients and just enough milk to blend into a very heavy paste, about 1 or 2 tablespoons.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Roll into small balls and then roll into cinnamon.
