Congealed Salad(Club Member: Brigitte Magee) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 large or 2 small boxes orange jello
2 c. buttermilk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Put pineapple in boiler. Heat very hot, but do not let it boil. Take off the stove and put in jello. Stir until well dissolved. Add buttermilk and stir good. Pour this into dish; fold in carton of Cool Whip. Put in refrigerator and let congeal.
