Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, mashed squash
    1 small onion, grated
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. dry bread crumbs or 4 slices bread, crumbled
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Melt butter in milk, pour over bread crumbs.
    Mix well and add to squash, season with salt and pepper.
    Stir in beaten eggs and pour into greased baking dish.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
