Ritz Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    20 crushed Ritz crackers
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff; gradually add sugar.
    Mix other ingredients together and add to egg whites.
    Fold all ingredients. Grease 9-inch pan and cook for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add Cool Whip to top it as serving.
