Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Bake in Bundt pan, greased and floured, at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
